Terms of use

The conditions for using Radar CNPJ: what is free, what is paid, what is not allowed, and how far each side's responsibility goes.

The service

Radar CNPJ: Search Brazilian companies by activity and place, look up a CNPJ and follow registry changes, with the scope and the limits in plain sight. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of continuous availability; maintenance and changes are announced on the page itself.

Free and paid use

  • Billing is off today: nothing is charged, and the published prices are only a reference. If it comes back, the price is shown on the pricing page before any charge.
  • Free quotas are listed in the pricing section of the home page and in the API index; paid use is charged per request (x402, in USDC on the Base network) or deducted from prepaid credit.
  • The price is shown before any charge (the 402 response carries the amount). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Payments settled on-chain and prepaid credit are not refundable; a proven error on our side is corrected with credit.

Acceptable use

  • Respect the published quotas and limits; automate through the API and MCP rather than by circumventing the network limit.
  • Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment or impersonation.
  • Billing is off for now: beyond the ten free watches per visitor, account or wallet, extra ones cost nothing either, up to 100 per owner (reference US$ 0.50 per 30 days).
  • Revealing a company's phone numbers, email and partner names costs nothing while billing is off, up to 20 reveals per day per network (reference US$ 0.10 per company).
  • The credit code is the bearer of the balance: whoever holds the code uses the credit, and a lost code cannot be recovered.
  • Do not use the company records or the revealed contacts for spam or for automated decisions about people without a legal basis.

Third-party content and contributions

  • Company and partner data are public records of Receita Federal. The name of an individual partner, the phone numbers and the email appear masked in the record and in full only in a reveal — free for now, up to 20 a day per network; correction or removal of a partner's personal data follows the source, and the copy here follows the next load.

Availability and changes

We may change routes, prices and quotas with notice on the page and in the API index. A paid route that is discontinued has its credit returned to the balance.

Liability

Radar CNPJ organizes information and automates tasks; decisions made from it are yours. The house's liability is limited to the amount paid for the request in question.

Governing law

These terms follow Brazilian law. Questions and requests go to the product's contact e-mail before any other channel.
