What the list records
MTERegister of Employers
The Ministry of Labour publishes the employers caught subjecting workers to slave-like conditions, after the final administrative decision. The lookup tells whether any establishment of the company is on it.
MTEThe inspection
The inspected establishment, the state, the year of the inspection and how many workers were found in slave-like conditions.
MTETime on the list
The name stays on the list for two years from the listing. The lookup shows the listing date, the expected removal and, when a court suspended it and the name came back, the periods.

How do I know whether a company is on the slave labour list?
Type the CNPJ in the lookup: the answer tells whether any establishment of the company is on the MTE Register of Employers, with the establishment, the workers found, the year of the inspection, the listing date and the expected removal. The first 10 lookups of the day are free.
Does the lookup check the whole company or only the CNPJ typed?
The whole company: the list is checked by the CNPJ root, and a record of another branch shows with that branch's CNPJ.
Do individual employers show up?
No. The lookup brings only companies (CNPJ); individual employers, whom the list publishes with their CPF, are left out.
Can I check all my suppliers at once?
Yes. With a plan, the bulk lookup checks up to 200 CNPJs at a time and returns a spreadsheet with the slave labour list, the Ibama embargoes, the sanctions and the tax standing of each company; through the API too.
Can I be alerted if a supplier gets on the list?
